Brewing Conversation & Connection: Coffee with Leadership at Centre Street

This morning, February 16th, we kicked off something special at our Centre Street Outlet — Coffee with Leadership.

Our leadership team spent the morning onsite visiting with team members, sharing updates, answering questions, and talking openly about everything happening across Goodwill of Mississippi. Most importantly, it was an opportunity to listen.

Over breakfast and fresh coffee, Centre Street employees had the chance to participate in a relaxed Q&A session, ask questions about organizational updates, and hear directly from leadership about priorities, goals, and what’s ahead for Goodwill. Conversations ranged from operational updates to mission impact — all centered around how we continue transforming lives through lifelong learning and meaningful work right here in Central Mississippi.

Events like Coffee with Leadership are about more than updates — they’re about connection. They create space for transparency, collaboration, and shared vision. When we take time to gather, break bread together, and have open dialogue, we strengthen not only our teams, but our mission.

We’re grateful to the Centre Street Outlet team for their hospitality and engagement this morning. We look forward to continuing Coffee with Leadership visits across our locations in the coming months.
