Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi Students Earn National Customer Service Certification through Goodwill Partnership

Eleven students from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi's Capitol Unit recently completed Goodwill’s Customer Service Training program.

The training, led by Goodwill Industries of Mississippi, focused on essential customer service skills and workplace readiness. Upon completion, each student earned a nationally recognized Customer Service and Sales Certificate from the National Retail Federation (NRF)—a credential that strengthens their employability in retail, hospitality, and other service industries.

Goodwill’s Vice President of Workforce Development, Bubba Weir, and CEO, Brad Steffani, were on hand to celebrate the students’ achievements at their graduation ceremony. Their presence underscored the importance of investing in youth development across Central Mississippi.
