We are excited to announce the graduation of nine high school students from Goodwill of Mississippi's Customer Service Certification class! In partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi, we provided 16 sessions at Youth Vibe Academy in Hazlehurst, MS, teaching essential customer service skills.
These students have successfully completed the program and earned a 3-year certification in Customer Service through the National Retail Federation (NRF). This certification enhances their employability and future career prospects.
Throughout the program, students engaged in sessions that covered a wide range of customer service topics, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for any customer-facing role. From handling customer inquiries to mastering effective communication techniques, these students have shown significant growth and learning.
We are proud of their achievements and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make in their communities and future workplaces.
